• Handmade Variance: Every set of press-on nails is custom-crafted, hand-painted, and made to order. While we strive for accuracy in our product photos, slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur due to lighting and the handmade nature of the art.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Sizing, Fitting & Customer Responsibility

• Accuracy Requirement: Because every set of press-on nails from Opal Prism is handcrafted to order, accurate nail sizing is essential. Customers are solely responsible for providing correct nail measurements for both hands.

• Sizing Kit Recommendation: We strongly encourage using an official Opal Prism Sizing Kit before placing or finalizing custom set orders. Sizing kits allow you to test actual nail blanks against your natural nail bed for every shape and length option.

• Submitted Measurements: Production is executed strictly according to the size numbers submitted through the Sizing Information tab in your customer account portal or selected during checkout.

• Fit Disclaimer & Refund Policy: Opal Prism is not liable for sets that don’t fit because of incorrect customer-submitted measurements, improper natural nail preparation, or miscalculations. Because all sets are custom-crafted, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders with incorrect customer-provided sizing.

• Replacement Individual Nails: If a customer mismeasures an individual finger, they can order replacement nails for that finger separately without purchasing an entire new set.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to product designs, hand-painted nail artwork, graphics, logos, images, text, and code—is the exclusive property of Opal Prism LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any site content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Opal Prism LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, including allergic reactions to nail adhesives, improper application, or failure to follow product care guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Influencer & PR Gifted Collaborations

• Nature of Collaboration: Products provided through the Opal Prism PR or Influencer Program are complimentary (gifted) items sent in exchange for honest social media content and promotional support. No monetary compensation is provided unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal, written contract.

• Content Delivery & Tagging: Participants agree to create and publish organic content featuring the gifted products and to properly tag and link the official @opalprismllc account on the corresponding platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) within 14–21 days of receiving the package.

• Discretion & Review: Participation in our PR seeding program is at the sole discretion of Opal Prism LLC. We reserve the right to decline applications, discontinue ongoing collaborations, or request the removal of content if brand guidelines or mutual respect standards are not met.
