1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS)

Because luxury press-on nails are custom-made, hygienic, and wearable items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue monetary refunds for a change of mind, nor do we offer refunds if you dislike the color or design once received.

• Free Sizing Kits & Checkout Process: Sizing kits are 100% free when ordered with your custom nail set. Select a sizing kit for your shape during checkout, and we’ll bundle it with your order.

• How Shipping Works: When you place your order, we ship your sizing kit right away (same day or next business day) so you can try it on immediately.

• Zero Production Without Sizes: Hand-painted nail production will not begin until your sizing profile is saved to your account or submitted using the QR code on your sizing kit.

2. THE SIZING WINDOW & ORDER CANCELLATION

• Failure to Submit Sizes: If we do not receive your sizing measurements within 3 days of your sizing kit being delivered, any associated un-sized nail orders will be automatically canceled. Try on your kit right away and save your numbers!

• General Production Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work or hand-painting on your custom set has not yet commenced. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

3. SIZING ACCURACY & FITTING

• Incorrect Customer Sizing: Because all sets are custom-crafted strictly to your submitted measurements, Opal Prism is not responsible for sets that do not fit due to customer mismeasurements or incorrect size entries. Orders with incorrect customer-provided sizing are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

• Single Replacement Nails: If an individual nail doesn’t fit or goes missing, you don’t need to reorder a full set! Single replacement nails can be ordered separately to complete your collection.

4. MY “FIX-IT FREE” GUARANTEE

I take immense pride in the durability and quality of my handmade sets, built with high-grade builder gel for superior strength. If your set arrives damaged, or if you experience a structural defect shortly after delivery, I am happy to make it right:

• Complimentary Repairs: I offer free fixes or replacements for manufacturing or structural defects reported within 7 days of delivery (excludes improper removal, customer sizing errors, or normal wear and tear).

• How to Request a Fix: Email me at opalprismllc@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the affected nail(s), and a brief description of the issue.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS ON ARRIVAL

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or your package arrives with transit damage that compromises the product:

• Contact Window: Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at opalprismllc@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the items received.

• Resolution: I will review the issue and, if verified, rush a corrected replacement set to you at no additional cost.
