Accurate measurements are essential for a perfect fit for luxury press-ons.

• Free Bundled Sizing Kits: Sizing kits are 100% free with a custom nail set order. Select the sizing kit for your desired shape at checkout, and we’ll bundle it with your order.

• Rapid Sizing Kit Dispatch: When you place your order, we ship out your sizing kit right away—either the same day or the next business day—so you can try it on immediately.

2. Production & Fulfillment Workflow

• Sizing Confirmation: Once your sizing kit arrives, try it on right away and save your specific shape and size profile to your My Account profile. We’ll begin production on your custom nail set as soon as we confirm your measurements.

• Production Timelines: Because each set is hand-painted and meticulously structured with builder gel, we begin production promptly after sizing confirmation. Estimated delivery times for your finished custom set will be provided upon dispatch.

• We ship all orders via reliable carriers (such as UPS). Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout.

• Once your items ship, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
